Description
Volunteering offers opportunities to acquire new skills and competences. This workshop will first look at theoretical concepts of learning and skills acquisition. Participants will then learn methods to derive and demonstrate concrete competences from the different activities in volunteering. The participants will apply these methods to their own practical experiences. This gives the participants tools for job application situations and their own professional development.
