  • Students have increased awareness for "stumbling blocks", "dos and don'ts", traditions and customs of other cultures. They are able to take these into consideration when communicating with foreign business partners in order to avoid confusion and to initiate successful business relationships.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
  • Students will have to work in groups. They must analyse the cultural challenges of a case and develop strategies in order to deal with cultural diversity issues. They will be required to present their solution!
