Students who want to develop or expand their leadership skills around the topics of responsibility & sustainability and therefore be well equipped with a value-based and future-paced skillset on the job market

  • What social and ecological challenges need to be tackled?
  • What core (leadership) competencies are required?
  • How to deal with systemic reactions (e.g. emotions, resistance, ...)?
  • The relevance of emotional intelligence, mindfulness and personal development

Description

With this interactive workshop students will gain insights into current and future challenges through a multi-dimensional lense. We will dive deep into the topics of sustainability & responsibility and focus on the importance of sustainable leadership. We use best practice examples to make the topic more tangible and to fill the skillbox for sustainable leadership. We enable students to stand out on the jobmarket with professional and methodological future competencies.
