Content
During this case journey, students will delve into the many-sided dimensions of diversity, enhancing their understanding and appreciation of its importance in various contexts (workplace, university etc.). The journey is designed to provide a comprehensive exploration of the following dimensions:
- Age: Understanding the generational differences and the impact of age diversity in workplaces and society.
- Disability: Gaining insights into the experiences of individuals with disabilities and how to create inclusive environments.
- Gender: Exploring gender dynamics, challenges, and strategies to promote gender equality.
- Race/Ethnicity: Examining the complexities of race and ethnicity, and their influence on social interactions and opportunities.
- Religion: Learning about religious diversity, the significance of religious beliefs, and fostering respect and tolerance.
- Sexual Orientation/Identity: Understanding the spectrum of sexual orientations and identities, and promoting an inclusive culture.
Description
Throughout the case journey, students will engage with case studies, discussions, and practical exercises to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios to deepen their knowledge and finally develop practical skills for fostering diversity and inclusion. This self-paced learning experience allows students to progress at their own pace, ensuring flexibility and accommodating different learning styles
