The aim of the extra-curricular course is to provide impulses on current topics through lectures and discussions with top personalities from business, politics and society, to learn from their experiences, to critically reflect on them and to reflect on the contents of the curricular courses anchored in the curriculum. A special aim of the course is to raise students' awareness of responsible leadership, decision making and action in the sense of the "Principles of Responsible Management Education".
The guest lectures will form part of an extracurricular course called “Leadership & Responsibility – Case Studies in Business and Society”, and by attending these lectures you can acquire relevant additional certificates (similar to Language Center and Career Center classes).
Conditions
It is currently envisaged that attendance at 5 academic lectures during one semester will enable you – considering the following conditions - to acquire 0,5 ECTS credit or 10 academic lectures during one semester will enable you – considering the following conditions - to acquire 1 ECTS credit. It will be possible to acquire several ECTS credits in the course of one degree program.
