Description

An Assessment Center is a common technique used by employers to select candidates for a position within a company. It can last for one or more days, during which time a number of exercises and assessments are used to identify the right candidate for the right job. During this seminar you not only learn about why companies implement Assessment Centers as a means of employee selection, but you will also participate in typical Assessment Center exercises. This will help you develop your own personal strategy for success. Comprehensive feedback will be given on an individual basis.
