The City

Bangkok is the capital, largest urban area and primary city of Thailand. As a direct result of the 1980s and 1990s Asian investment boom, numerous multinational corporations base their regional headquarters in Bangkok and the city has become a regional force in finance and business. The city has a population of over 8 million residents and has emerged as a centre for arts, fashion, and entertainment. The city is known for its street life and cultural landmarks.

The University

The National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) is a public graduate university in Thailand under the Commission on Higher Education, the Ministry of Education.
NIDA has 10 graduate schools aimed to serve economics and social development. NIDA Business School received accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Although NIDA was originally established to support national development in Thailand, this objective has now been expanded to encompass regional development in countries outside of Thailand.
