Learning outcomes of the course unit
Students are able to link the knowledge acquired in the fields of business management and economic law respectively and to analyze and solve practical problems (relating to e.g. the preparation of a business plan, aspects of company formation) on an interdisciplinary basis. Their competence in independent and networked thinking is highly developed.
