The workshop is structured to be interactive and practical. In the first session, participants will engage in group discussions and activities to reflect on the historical context and current state of women in the workforce. They will explore topics such as the gender pay gap, representation in leadership, and the impact of societal norms and workplace biases. The second session shifts to empowerment strategies, including mentorship, networking, skill development, and work-life balance. Through hands-on exercises and role-playing scenarios, participants will practice essential skills and develop personal action plans. The goal is to provide a supportive environment where women can build confidence and a roadmap for their professional growth.
This workshop is designed to inspire and equip female students with knowledge and tools to navigate the business world. This comprehensive program spans two sessions of 2.5 hours each, blending historical insights, current challenges, and practical strategies. The workshop begins with exploring the global and regional history of women in the workplace, focusing on significant milestones and changes, particularly in Europe and the DACH region. Participants will then delve into contemporary issues, backed by statistical data and research findings, to understand the barriers women face in business today and strategies to overcome them.
