Description

This module is designed for students interested in business agility and those wanting to start a career in agile approached project management. Within the session we will cover an understanding of what agility means, how agile approach differs from the waterfall approach and what is the scrum framework most companies implement. You will have the opportunity to practice in group work sessions and get insights from two Agile Coaches about their perspective on agile approached project management.
