Lectures will be based on the practical experience in Tourism & Hospitality. The academic session on Sustainability in Tourism with a special focus on Community Based Tourism Practices in Kerala will give you an outlook on how the Sustainability is grooming up in a developing country like India. Also the roles of Government and Private entrepreneurs and stakeholders are also explained .This session also will aim to give an idea on India as an International Tourist Destination to give a better insight to compare it with a known destination of yours. As Visitor Behaviour Management has a major role in the present day tourism markets, we will discuss about the possible troubles in managing the behaviour management of Indian travellers. The session is an interactive one to enable you to bring up your thoughts to be discussed. The sessions on sustainability will be more of a practical approach rather than the scientific sides so that there can be many points to be taken by individuals to be applied in the day to day life

Lecture on the Human Element in Hospitality(Beyond Academics) is on points which are out of the academic curriculum. The importance of the human skills like Passion, Attitude and Integrity are covered with career experiences of the lecturer. As Tourism operations are always about handling experiences, these stories should give an outlook on the operational aspect of Tourism.
