• Definitions: Regulation-Directives-Norms-Standards
• Insight into selected EU directives and standards in process engineering
• Terms, key topics and legal aspects for international plant construction projects
• Contract types and project structures in plant engineering
• - Standard contracts for process engineering projects
• - Overview of FIDIC/ORGALIME/ICC/VDMA model contracts
• - Basics of FIDIC standard contracts (RED, YELLOW, SILVER, GOLD, GREEN and WHITE BOOK) and their application criteria.
