Students understand the fundamentals of finance management in healthcare with a focus on GenAI applications.

Students have comprehensive knowledge of different business models, payment systems, and how GenAI can optimize these systems.

Students can apply financial management tools, and work on real-life projects within the healthcare sector.

Students understand the basics of medical controlling and quality management, with an emphasis on GenAI-driven improvements.
