When you're in the midst of everyday study life, everyone knows that studying isn't always fun; there are ups and downs, such as motivation lapses, anxiety, stress, relationship crises, illnesses, and much more. Sometimes the challenges get out of hand and endanger mental health and thus also a successful course of studies. Depending on the situation and the person, different steps are helpful.
