  • Students
    • are capable of drawing up a business plan for a start-up and systematically deriving the operative planning from the strategic planning, with competence acquired in the process in terms of strategy, marketing, finance and process management
Course contents
  • • Developing practical case studies (e.g. start-ups, company reorganization, product portfolio expansion), incl. business plan, profit and loss statement, controlling, marketing, sales
    • Promotion of business ideas, projects and new products / business activities
    • Creation of a start-up business plan
    • Derivation of operative planning from strategic planning
    • Interconnected treatment of subjects like strategy, marketing, finance and process management

  • The course comprises an interactive mix of lectures, discussions and individual and group work.
