Learning outcomes of the course unit
  • Students,
    • have a methodical toolkit for the professional management of core competencies, technologies and innovations,
    • recognize new trends and technologies at an early stage and can assess their significance for their own company,
    • possess the ability to quickly implement new technologies in products, production processes and operational procedures,
    • are able to prepare a business plan with the aim of setting up a business → operational planning is systematically derived from strategic planning. This is followed by an acquisition of competence in strategy, marketing, finance and process management
    • master various instruments and methods of personnel and management development as well as team development and are able to apply and critically discuss them,
    • have skills and knowledge in the areas of communication and interviewing,
    • know the instruments and methods of selling and are able to apply them,
    • recognize and develop their leadership potential in a targeted manner.
