Learning outcomes of the course unit

Students will get an overview of project management and project development. They will be introduced to a number of project management tools through working in groups on their own project ideas.

Course contents

• Deepening of basic methods and tools for the planning and implementation of projects
• In-depth information on the following topics: Content on the project environment, project proposal, project assignment, project management, strategic project management, operative project management, project organization, project marketing, project controlling
• Development of own project ideas and testing of methods and instruments

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

The course comprises an interactive mix of lectures, discussions and individual and group work.
