Learning outcomes of the course unit
  • This course teaches students the legal conditions of biotechnological processes and plant operation. Students are familiarized with the most essential norms of relevant laws:

    • Business law
    • Basic principles of corporate law
    • Basic principles of income tax law (income tax and corporate tax acts)
    • Basic principles of value-added tax law

    Graduates of this course know the basic principles and biotechnologically relevant characteristics of property rights.
