Learning outcomes of the course unit

Students are familiar with basic theories and concepts of organizational design and development, personnel policy instruments and work organization, taking into account current developments in organizational research and entrepreneurial practice in the context of a digitalized work reality. Students are familiar with concepts and styles of leadership in corporate change.
