Learning outcomes of the course unit

• Development of an information and communication structure incl. modular expandability e.g. risk management, adaptive control (dash boards)
• Application of the learned knowledge in a specific case study
• Operationalization of the ICS and establishment of process management and monitoring
• Improvement of processes found through Go&See
• Adaptation of organizational structures to the new circumstances
• Definition of requirements for a supporting IT system with cost estimation

Course contents

In this integrated course, students will apply their acquired knowledge from previous courses to work on a case study in a team and then present their findings and results. In doing so, their views must be defended against critical questions from the plenum.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

The course comprises an interactive mix of lectures, discussions and individual and group work.
