  • The assessment is based on a multi-part, competence-oriented evaluation design consisting of a team-based case assignment (40%), an individual reflection paper (40%), continuous team micro-checks (up to 10%), and individual engagement (up to 10%). This format enables a practice-oriented, continuous, and reflective assessment of the leadership competencies acquired

  • The learning goals of the course are to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of leadership in dynamic environments, to develop analytical and practical competencies for addressing leadership challenges, to build knowledge about essential leadership qualities and strategies, and to foster deep personal reflection regarding individual leadership potential and career aspirations

  • The course follows an interactive and practice-oriented learning architecture. Rather than relying on traditional lectures only, it combines multiple complementary formats: team-based learning and team-based assessment, World Café discussions, Micro Checks, Mentimeter Quizzes, peer-learning, self-directed and reflective learning
