Learning outcomes of the course unit

Students understand the basics of IT support for companies. They can understand how management information systems (MIS) work and know their use cases in digitalized companies. They can handle structured and unstructured data and plan and implement their creation and evaluation taking MIS systems into account. They know the tools of business intelligence and business analytics and are able to implement integrated concepts from data creation to the preparation of management decisions.
