Learning outcomes of the course unit
  • Students understand project organization models and internationally standardized project management approaches and are able to design and implement projects. They can actively use change management methods to implement projects and thus actively shape change. Students are familiar with concepts and styles of leadership in operational change.

    • Project impact controlling and management of process development projects
    • Agile project management methods in international projects
    • Organizational change such as digital transformation and support of change processes in companies
    • Opportunities and risks of organizational change

  • The course comprises an interactive mix of lectures, discussions and individual and group work.
