Learning outcomes of the course unit
  • Students are able to apply the business and technical knowledge and skills acquired in the previous courses in a combinatorial manner. Students use these to analyse existing business plans and/or develop new proposals. They learn to formulate the relevant customer benefits, the unique selling proposition of a business idea, the marketing and sales strategy and to present them in accordance with the financial requirements in the life cycle of a company.

  • • Analysing a business idea in a digital context
    • Strategic corporate development and stakeholder and shareholder analysis
    • Preparation of a business plan for Presentation for various financing rounds

  • The course comprises an interactive mix of lectures, discussions and individual and group work.
