Registration + registration deadline
Registrations for courses and workshops at MCI Language Center are online and binding. Registration deadlines can be found on this page. Unfortunately, registrations submitted beyond the deadline, cannot be considered.

Course fees
The course fee for MCI students is EUR 95,00. Copy costs are already included in this fee (language books are not included in the price). The course fee will be charged upon online registration.

Minimum number of participants
Course offers are subject to a minimum of 10 participants across all study programs. Participants will be informed after the registration deadline regarding the formation of a course. Should a course or workshop not take place, fees paid shall be duly refunded.
In order to receive the refund students must disclose their bank details no later than 10 days upon notification of the cancellation.

Self-classification & course selection
The classification is based on a self-assessment, according to the self-classification guide and is the sole responsibility of the participant. Groups or course changes are not permitted during the semester!

Duration
The German course offers a total of 30 teaching units: On site courses include 10 evenings, 3 units per evening, 1 teaching unit complies with 45 minutes.

Cancellation
The cancellation of registration is possible, at no cost, up to seven days before registration closes. For cancellations from February 27 until March 4, 2023, a cancellation fee of EUR 40,00 will be charged. In the case of cancellations as of March 5, 2023, the course fee is to be fully paid and NO refund will be made. Course fees are not transferable and cannot be credited for a subsequent semester.

MCI-language certificate
Please note that for both certificates and confirmations of participation a minimum attendance of 70% (participation on at least 7 course dates for on site courses) is required.
Certificates as well as confirmations of participation, will be available at myMCI (under “documents”) and can then be retrieved online and printed out. Original confirmations will only be issued on request.
