Learning outcomes of the course unit
Students are familiar with the tasks and objectives of personnel management and the requirements of holistic, strategic personnel management. They are able to distinguish between traditional and modern perspectives and know the difference between personnel management and human resource management. They have a broad knowledge of human resources management tools for shaping leadership and cooperation and are familiar with the most important leadership and motivation theories. You will be able to take a concrete stance on current HR issues.
