Learning outcomes of the course unit

• Students of this course will hear the principles of electrical energy generation and distribution. Furthermore, this lecture aims to give an holistic overview about the Austrian and European energy market and its boundary conditions.

• Techniques and methods of energy generation
• Energy distribution
• Economic and legal basics of energy trading in Austria and Europe.
