Investigation of the requirements and investment factors for an evidence-based health programme for executives, using qualitative interviews. The findings provide valuable insights for the further development and market- oriented positioning of our Executive Performance Programme and confirm key assumptions of our concept.
THE CHALLENGE
bhealth needed robust insights into which factors motivate companies to invest in executive health, and what requirements potential clients have for an Executive Performance Programme regarding benefit, design, data protection, and scientific grounding
OUTCOMES
Eleven interviews with executives and HR representatives showed that economic benefit, evidence base, individualisation, and data protection are decisive success factors. Companies prefer practice-oriented, flexible, and confidential programmes with measurable added value. The results provided concrete recommendations for further developing the Executive Performance Programme, particularly regarding impact measurement, communication of data protection, and target-group-oriented positioning.
