You don't just want to talk about sustainability, but get into action yourself? Then come and volunteer at the "Herzebenwald" on the Elfer in the Stubai. Together we will help a farmer with landscape cultivation and at the same time learn a lot about environmental protection, protected areas, biodiversity, agriculture and alpine farming. The journey is by train and gondola. SDG 4 - you can learn a lot, SDG 13 and 15 - through your participation you contribute directly to a climate-friendly forest and we prevent scrub encroachment, SDG 17 - get to know other "like-minded" MCI students and employees by working together.

Waste is often carelessly thrown away in the environment without thinking about the consequences for flora, fauna and the cityscape. Waste that will actually occupy several generations after us is lying around! Be part of making Innsbruck CLEANER for a day. IKB waste and environmental consulting will provide tongs, gloves and bags. On selected routes in the city of Innsbruck you collect the garbage, which is later picked up and weighed. Let's imagine a world in which the SDGs have been achieved. Looking back from the future, we look forward to 2024 and realize what has prevented us from effectively tackling our major global challenges. We were trapped in outdated mindsets and systems that contributed to their creation. So how can we now succeed in establishing a profound transformation for the common good and in the interests of the entire ecosystem in this new Zeitgeist? We have the capacity for significant improvement, but this requires new approaches by shifting our attention inwards. In this workshop, a new framework of transformative skills for sustainable development, the Inner Development Goals (IDGs) will be introduced. Based around 5 dimensions and 23 skills – from strengthening our inner compass to mobilizing skills - the framework is crucial for leaders who address the SDGs as an essential accelerator to create a thriving future. Concrete actions are explored in co-creation through practicing presencing and integrity to create a sustainable future. Become a local agent of transformation.
