This project is intended to be the second step in the biotechnological project “from gene to protein”:
• Selection of the desired protein and cDNA acquisition
• Selection of the suitable expression system
• design of the expression vector and its construction (cloning plan, realization of the cloning)
• Verification of the recombinant protein expression (via Western Blot and enzymatic assays)
• Comprehension of project planning, implementation and documentation.
