Competences for Responsible Management

All MCI students who are interested in further developing their competencies regarding responsible management, sustainability and ethics

To reach business sustainability, responsibility, and ethics (SRE) a necessary condition is to create a distinct set of managerial competences for SRE. This seminar aims to help students develop a basic set of such competences across the domains of Knowing, Thinking, Acting, Interacting, Being and Becoming.

The exercises will be centered on the managerial job and practice(s), including topics such as managerial roles, decision-making, individual and group dynamics, motivation and leadership, personality and organizational culture, innovation, change and learning.
